Ana is a amazing realtor! Honest and very detail oriented in all her work! I’m glad she was there through our journey, soon she figured out our taste (and it wasn’t easy) in homes and helped us get to the perfect home for us! She always answer our questions and when she didn’t have an answer, she made sure to come back to us when she did. I’m glad to have worked with her during these times, although multiple offers where on the house we got, she made sure our offer was competitive but within our reach I can’t recommend her enough!

As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about going through the process of purchasing a home. I was clueless on many parts of the process. Ana was the best realtor to walk me through this. Ana could not have made this experience more smooth. She answered all my questions in detail (no matter how dumb a question). She was responsive in making sure to answer any texts or phone calls. It was a super quick turn around in every step of purchasing a home.Ana goes above and beyond for her customers! She is willing to go the extra mile and make sure her clients are happy! She made what I was told to be a pretty tedious process into one that was enjoyable.If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose Ana!

I was thankful because it felt great to check off a box in every step she outlined in her home buying booklet.Home buying in 2022 has been crazy and she listened to my wants/needs as well as understood what I felt comfortable with. She was honest and detail oriented in her work. She was attentive with the inspectors we met to determine a negotiation strategy and she helped me save quite a bit of money. I’m glad she was there with me and negotiated the asking price as well as sellers credit for me. I’m blessed that I had her during this process even with all the buzz of homes going way above asking. I had the pleasure to work with Ana for the identification and purchase of my home. I had very strict requirements and Ana was able to find suitable options very soon and in just few visits I found the home I wanted. I can add my requirements are not typical for the area, making the selection harder.Ana explained me the process with clarity, answering any of my 2,000 questions immediately.The process was relatively simple however, the builder made it very very problematic. Where do I start?!?! We were referred to her since we were struggling with searching for a new home. She set up a “coffee date” and answered all the questions we had. After that we were on a mission to find the perfect home. My partner and I thought we were asking for too much or being too picky, but she NEVER gave up on us. She was also always checking in on us and my baby boy! We finally found the perfect home in a perfect area. From there, it was a breeze as far as getting our financial stuff together and preparing for the closing date.
