They say a house can sell itself and I ignorantly thought maybe there was some truth to that until I worked with Amanda and saw her work her magic. From professional photos and videos, to staging and showcasing and so much more I was blown away with her knowledge and professionalism. She literally thinks of everything. I was amazed watching her work. She drew in crowds of people. I am not even quite sure how, but they came in droves to see our home. She is a marketing genius. Not only that, she gave us the results she promised. Full price off in less than 24 hours. Can you believe that?!? In this market, under these conditions? I would never use anyone else. If you are looking to buy or sell Amanda is top shelf. No need to go anywhere else.

Amanda is passionate about her profession; I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. When I found a property that I liked she immediately scheduled a showing for me. Amanda helped me to navigate the process of being a first time home buyer, with a VA loan. She listened to what I wanted, was available, and went above and beyond. Amanda went to bat for me, but was never pushy, always letting me be in the driver’s seat when it came to making decisions. Amanda was compassionate when my first contract fell through, due to no fault of ours. She came to my closing and then drove to the new house and took pictures with/for me. Amanda was punctual (a big one for me!) and kept her word. It is clear that she loves her work and is passionate about helping others. If you want a realtor who is good at what they do, with a great personality who cares about others, I would very highly recommend Amanda.

Amanda Ravetta was our agent in 2017 to sell our Rockwall Home and help us purchase a new home with very specific requirements. Amanda was amazing, always available quickly to show us the homes that came on the market and did an open house almost every weekend, which within 6 weeks brought in the buyer that gave us top dollar for our home! We always felt like Amanda was invested in our happiness and making sure we both got what we wanted for our home and to find us the ideal home for our future. Additionally, her husband Mark is a mortgage broker, so having this team work all angles of purchase, financing and give us details on every scenario we considered was a huge plus for us! Both Amanda and Mark are incredibly patient and understanding and provide a wealth of knowledge! A manda was wonderful from our first meeting with her to our closing and beyond. This was the first time for us selling a home and we had a million questions with a long to do list. Amanda helped us through the whole process answering even the goofiest of questions quickly and making sure we were not doing unnecessary work on our house, like buying a hundred bags of mulch when there was a better and less expensive option. She made sure we knew exactly what to expect leading up to the listing of our home all the way through to the closing process. When offers came in she was prompt in sharing those with us and walking through the details of each offer to help us make the best decision on which one to choose without pushing us into picking an offer just because it was high. Amanda was even understandings when we decided three days before listing that we needed to push our list date out a week. She has by far been the best Realtor weve ever worked with and if we could take her with us to South Carolina we would.

Honestly, Amanda Ravetta is the absolute best real estate professional I’ve ever worked with. She not only guided me in what needed to be done, but came over and helped me move furniture and pictures. She also came over the day of my professional pictures and redecorated my home. My home sold in one day! Amanda had a way of keeping me encouraged and calm during times of worry for me. She works as quickly as you need her to work. It only took one month from start to close.
