Allen is one of the “good guys” in the business. Unfortunately in the global economy that we all live in you just never know who you can trust, especially with something like real estate. I believe they must not only be honest, they must walk in a high level of integrity, and they MUST be extremely professional as well as knowledgeable…Allen fits all the above! He’s a great guy, hard worker, pushy when needed (but not annoying), he operates with the utmost level of integrity, and is one of the most knowledgeable real estate guys in the business. I trusted Allen with my kids buying their first home…he DID NOT disappoint.
