Let me start by saying that 5 stars is not nearly enough I wish I could give 10-15 stars but even that would not be enough. I can honestly say that she took on an impossible situation that I had and she made it possible. Now I spend everyday crying happy tears for the Angel that GOD sent me in her. I will and have recommended her to everyone that I have come across in regards to finding your new home. Not only did she go above and beyond for me with finding my house but I gave her what I thought was a tight and impossible deadline and she succeeded beautifully. She stayed well within my price range that I gave her, even managed to go $300 below it. Her professionalism and approach is well above par it also helps that she is very down to earth. Currently anyone in the market looking for a new home she is the woman to have working for you.

I just want to start off by saying that Alisa is a lifesaver. With everything that is going on with the COVID-19 and being on shutdown, she made my moving experience very wonderful. She took the time to go look at some of the places that she recommended and made sure they had the amenities that I was looking for. Even after the many times that I was changing my mind she never once complained. She was finally able to find me an apartment with everything that I asked for and I was able to find me a new home despite everything going on. I will recommend Alisa and Premier Realty for all your moving needs.😀

Ms. Alisa Thomas is heaven sent! Ive been looking to move for over a year but had no luck with my section 8 voucher...Ms. Thomas was referred to me by a realtor who was not accepting voucher at the time (thanks to her as well). From day one, when I spoke with Ms.Thomas she listened to what I was looking for and was helpful, encouraging, and patient. Ms. Thomas provided me with the different locations & properties I was interested in...I can be a picky person at times and I was...I looked at several properties and decided against them and I thank Ms. Thomas because she was patient with me and proceeded to find something else with no hesitation to do so. When I finally thought I found a place that was nice and in a good area..housing would not pass the inspection...at this point it was about 2 month from my lease being up at my current place and I felt discouraged and felt like I probably would have to say where I am, at which the area was getting worst. I spoke with Ms. Thomas as a friend/confidant about my worries & and concerns...she provide the best advice and spiritual words to keep me going and keep my faith in God. I held on to her encouraging words and she got me to another to realtor help and assist and 2 more months (due to housing) I had a beautiful 2 story home in a family community with good schools and sidewalks (lol) like I always wanted and dreamed...it was worth the wait and I am so grateful for the first realtor, Alisha Thomas and Shelly Swain thank you ladies for taking a chance on myself God bless you all, my children and I love are home..
