Seriously you are making a mistake if you don’t go with Albert & Alyssa! We were under a huge time crunch when we switched realtors to Albert and Alyssa. They went above and beyond to help us sell our house. We were on the market for more than 90 days with no offers. A&A came in, raised the price, and had our house sold in just over 2 weeks. Albert Chen was hired to assist in selling a rental property 1/2 owned by my sister. It was a challenging sale on many fronts for many reasons. I live out of state and was helping my sister since the sudden death of her husband. Im retired but was in sales myself so I know what professionalism is. I had been looking for investment properties in the Austin area for over 6 months when I was referred to Albert. He came with very strong recommendations, specifically about his ability to help many out of state investors secure rental properties.Within a very short time after my first call with Albert, he helped me purchase multiple investment properties. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to identify properties that fit my criteria, advise on competitively pricing the offers to secure a contract and provide supreme service all the way through the process for smooth closing. As a first time investor in the Austin area, I had several questions from what areas to invest in to specific questions on individual listings. Albert was extremely patient in answering all my questions and always available when needed. He never rushed me into placing an offer, but also made sure I did not miss an opportunity when he saw a deal up for grabs. He checked in with me on a regular basis to ensure I was satisfied through every stage of the process.All of this already differentiated him from other real estate agents on the market, but he wouldnt stop there. About a week before closing on my first investment property in the Austin area, he sent me photos of the property and asked for my permission to place an ad to solicit potential tenants. Unlike my SO, the military isnt nearly as flexible to offer remote work which only added further stress to the home buying process for us.
