    Our family was looking to relocate to the North Dallas area from California. From our past experiences of purchasing several properties we knew we had to partner with a great realtor to find our dream house.     We were on a search of our new home in Dallas, Texas. A.J. was our realtor and our experience finding our home with A.J. was amazing. He shown care for his clients. He was very patient with us to find the perfect home, he showed us multiple places and we are very grateful he found our new home. We were living out of state when the construction was progressing, but he followed with us during the construction process, sending us pictures and videos of how our house was being progressing. A.J. also vouched and supported us during some issues with the bank, he helped us getting a discount in the price with the builder and due to some issues with the bank(which delayed our moving date), he took care of us by providing accommodation in a nice hotel while the issue was taken care even when he was not responsible for the delay. A.J. also shown great knowledge of the area which was very helpful for us to make a final decision.

    Found AJ through one of his videos on Instagram and reached out. He helped me secure a spot with a builder that had a really long waitlist. Since I was out of state, I couldnt regularly check on the house, and AJ went over a few times and took photos, and even drone footage to show me progress of my house. We had a great experience with AJ and will definitely work with him again in the future.

    We as a family made the decision to slowly start looking for a new home in Texas. It was extremely overwhelming online - there are so many places to look at and information to scan through. Enter Mr Taylor …. From the first telephone call we felt at ease immediately. It is hard to trust - being so far away - but he has a wealth of knowledge and experience that was so reassuring to us. What I especially loved about working with Mr Taylor is the amount of time he had for us. He was ALWAYS available for whatever questions we had - and believe me I had a few lol and we actually learned a lot about the whole process by his excellent communication. He kept us in the loop, delivered all of our expectations and made the entire experience an absolute joy. We are just so excited to start our new life here and cannot thank him enough for making it easy - I always say - if you re gonna do something do it right and he is the best there is!
