AJ Delacruz with Fuse Realty has been spectacular. By far the greatest stress free experience when selling our home. AJ is knowledgeable of the surrounding area and market, he explained to us everything we needed to do to make the house marketable and was very detail oriented with potential numbers and what to expect when putting the house on the market. He was very responsive when I reached out via email or text and prompt to answer the phone when we called which was great. This was our first time selling a home and he made us feel at ease, the house sold quick and he communicated with us any information from potential buyers from start to finish the experience was great. AJ helped me sell my previous house and buy my current house. His experience was noticed from the first meeting. He is well organized and is very easy to talk with. AJ was always a text or call away ready to answer questions or respond to my comments anytime day or night.
