Selling your home is always a daunting task and after meeting with Adrianne, I felt like she was the perfect agent to help me through the process. Adrianne Huff Holland has been a dream! She was referred to us by colleagues and, boy, are we glad she was. She listened when we told her what we were looking for in our next house. She gave us so many houses to look at, and when we started to get tired, she encouraged us to keep going: “You never know, the next house might just be the house you’re looking for.” She listened patiently when we expressed concerns about this or that, and responded with insights from her extensive experience in the field. Even when we called her on the Saturday of a long holiday weekend, she hopped into her car to check out a house we had stumbled upon online. And when we thought we had finally made our choice, she helped us to look carefully at the house and the property it sat on. And then, she walked us through the process of making an offer on the house, and guided us in our negotiation with the sellers. On the day the house was inspected, Adrianne was there to listen to the inspector’s report and explain to me what I was being told. And even though the closing isn’t for a few more weeks, we approach that day feeling confident that we are purchasing the right house for us. Thank you, Adrianne!

Highly recommend working with Adrianne if you need a Realtor. She was recommended to me by a family member when I had an emergency move come up. I needed to find an apartment quickly and Adrianne was honest with me up front that she doesn’t get paid much to help people lease apartments. But she committed to helping me anyway and gave 110% to the process. She was incredibly responsive, diligent in searching for places that met my requirements, met with me multiple times for showings, gave her honest feedback on areas of concern in different homes, and she never gave me any less service than she would a homebuyer. All this while she was going through her own personal challenges. She never made me feel like a burden or inconvenience and instead she gave me excellent service, advice and professionalism. She is also super friendly and easy to get along with. She was a friend to me and held my hand through the process, turning a stressful situation into a success. I could not have found my new home as quickly as I did without her, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who is committed to their clients bc she def is!

Amazing, caring, diligent, hard-working are words that spring to mind when describing my experience with Adrian getting our house ready to sell. We had so many things we needed to do before putting it on the market (drainage, paint, landscaping, structural checks, etc); the list seemed exhaustive and overwhelming. But while working with Adrian, she gave me such peace of mind. She contacted all the different companies (both ones she recommended and ones I did), lined up all the appointments, got various quotes, AND met them to go over what needed done! Honestly, I cannot be more thrilled with the work and progress she has done for us!
