    Adam and Michelle are awesome realtors. They helped us buy a second home in Bryan, Texas. This required coordination with our mortgage broker, lender, attorney and title company.     Adam and Michelle Edrington are a true power couple and real estate! Adam is exceptionally good at finding diamonds in the rough for his clients. He’ll work his tail off to get your house sold whether you’re in Cyprus, Cameron, Caldwell and throughout Brazos Valley. He is the master at creating market analysis on properties and communities. Adam and Michelle have both helped me on several times on pricing strategies and talking through different clients together, Michele is a veteran and the real estate market. She’s been in the game for well over 10 years and she is the listing coordinator and transaction coordinator for Adam as well as Gabe Bock. She is incredible. I love these guys so much.

    I have worked with Adam twice now, with two separate house sales . I am a parent -owner whose children attended A&M, and these were properties for them to live in. The sale process was smooth and efficient, which is exactly the way I like to do business. We had good communication but not excessive , and Adam was able to find the deals that worked for me. I never felt pressured to take a deal that was not optimal. These were not the easiest sales either , both had some special circumstances. I was happy with both outcomes.

    Adam and Michelle Edrington, Bock Realty Group, came highly recommended to us as experienced Realtors with estate sales. Adam provided current market information & analysis (on a weekly basis) and kept us competitive with comparable properties in the area. We were under contract within a month after listing our property!The inspections brought surprises andChallenges, especially since the property belonged to our mother, and we ( myself and my brother) never lived in the house. Adam worked through the inspection issues and get them resolved.Adam and Michelle have many resources, which was a blessing because we live 4 hours away and knew no one.     Adam was great!!! As a first time home buyer I didn’t have a clue what questions to ask and he helped in every step of the way! He has a lot of contacts so if he didn’t for sure know the answer to something he made some calls and found out! Adam is very quick to respond but isn’t the type to try to rush or pressure you into a purchase so that was a relief! Highly recommend him for a home purchase as he was patient and helpful in finding a home that fit what I was searching for!

    Where do I start?! Adam Edrington was my Realtor for my first home purchase and he was a rockstar the entire way. He walked me through the entire thing and introduced me to some amazing people on the job sites. He introduced me to different builders and different homes styles which ultimately led me to choose the home that I did. He was there for me on weekends with phone calls, with the mortgage company, for the inspection and walk through, and on closing day. I needed someone who was hands on, but I also appreciated how much space he gave me when I wasnt sure where my head was. No reservations on my end, Ill recommended again and again and use them when Im ready for the next purchase. 5 stars all day!!
