My moms house had a reverse mortgage and a lot of issues. I thought it would be best to just let it go back. Luckily I spoke with Fernando and Alana. There were a lot of issues to work through, as my mom never had probate done when her husband passed away several years ago. Alana has amazing communication skills and was always available via email, text or phone for guidance on the best way to proceed. She hung in there with me until everything was taken care of and we made it to closing.
