Jonathan Adames is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with! He went above and beyond for over a year to help my husband and I find our forever home! And it didn’t stop there! After we got approved he was there through the closing process at all hours of the night for all sorts of crazy questions and concerns I had! Then after we moved in he continued to reach out- including at Christmas to make sure we were doing great and not having any problems!!! Jonathan Adames made our home buying experience so easy! He immediately answered our texts and calls throughout the whole process. We were pre approved within a few hours after filling out our application! He was able to start showing us houses the day after we initially contacted him, and he helped us buy our DREAM home so fast. 5 years ago he helped me purchase my first home, and with his help again, we sold that house in ONE DAY. I met Jonathan Adams while I was trying to sell my home. I didn’t have a local realtor to rely on. I used an online website. Needless to say that, if I ever sale a home again, I will not go that route. With that said, Jonathan was very helpful to me even though he was technically not my realtor. One time I called him to ask him a question; he was in Alaska, and he still answered my call. He was very kind and considerate; never made me feel like he didn’t have time for me. Imagine having a yard sale and a young man walks up and says “may I talk to you about your home?” I sent him away but agreed to have him come the following day.Jonathan shows up with treats and we watch a video of how he gets pictures of your home using a drone. We were not looking to sell our home but agreed to have Jonathan do a market analysts and the next thing we knew …not only was our home on the market but we were under contract at full price! Jonathan is a conscientious young man who works hard for his clients leaving nothing to chance. He excels in everything he does from showing you properties to selling your home to finding you the best mortgage for your needs. Jonathan has become a friend who reaches out just to check on me. Jon Adames was our Abilene realtor to recently look at buying a house while we physically were not in state. We couldnt come visit Abilene in order to look before moving and that certainly made us fairly anxious. Jon made sure to alleviate as much of our concerns that not physically being present caused. He was very thorough in asking about our wants, needs and brining insights about local life that we might prefer especially as a family in Abilene. Like a good neighborhood for a family with a teenager and fairly quiet location as I am sensitive to sounds if Im having a migraine. He would get keys ASAP to tour homes via a video call service with us and tour it with us 100% checking things like do the windows open, is there this or that in it, work station in kitchen... And he was fully on top of the inspections and making sure we were up to date every step of the way. It helped moving kind of blindly forward feel a lot less daunting for all of our family.We got to Abilene a little over a week ago and the house is perfect for us. We love the neighborhood and our neighbors have been so friendly, kind and hospitable.Something that we could have missed out on if Jon had not been so involved and invested in helping us truly find our next home and not just selling us a house.I highly recommend working with Jon and AbiHomes realty! It will be a truly good experience that takes as much of the hassle out of home buying or selling as is possible.Theyll personally take care of you and your property to the end.
