Absolutely superb!First of all, Kevin was the only realtor in the area rated above 3 stars on Google to even say he wanted to help since I was looking at buying 6-8 months out. Every other realtor above 3 stars wanted us to contact them again 2-3 months out. Kevin made sure we felt important. Kevin, Amber, and Ashley were all incredibly helpful. They had to help us in unconventional ways when we live out of country and then out of state during a postponed signing. They are always available! We didn’t pay a cent for their representation since it was a new build. The housing development paid 100 percent of their cost, yet they represented us to the fullest with incredible attention to detail inspections on our behalf. I was skeptical when they advised us to get an independent contractor to take a look at the home thinking that they were just up selling us. However, I was proven wrong when they found glaring issues I never would have seen. You cannot go wrong with 43 Realty. They treat you like family
