Working with Trisha to sell our home was a really great experience. In a changing market she never stopped working her butt off to get our home sold always putting social media campaigns out there, having multiple open houses and always following up on any showings. She was fabulous about keeping us in the loop and always answering any questions we had no matter time of day. Start to finish she made the experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. Because no matter what selling a home comes with stresses. Would totally recommend her over and over again.

Trisha Helton is by far the best Realtor we have ever worked with! We started working with her in 2022. At the time, we were in the process of relocating from out of state and we desperately needed to find a house. From the moment we started working with her, she was always available to jump on a FaceTime or phone call. She promptly responded to text messages and emails and her communication was always informative and explained things in great detail. Over the years (after we purchased our house) she remained in contact with us and most recently helped us through the process of listing our house for rent, as we just relocated once again. She’s always been extremely professional and just all around great at her job, she knows what she’s doing and I feel confident in knowing that whenever I refer her to someone, she will never fall short! She’s amazing! 🤩

As a military family, we were completely overwhelmed with house hunting in this crazy market from across the country. Trisha made the process so much easier and was able to find us the perfect home through her connections. We decided on a new build and Trisha really acted as our champion with the builder since we werent physically in the area yet. She had our backs the entire way and always acted in our best interest! I was beyond blessed to have Trisha as my realtor. As a first generation home buyer, I had a million and one questions. Not only was that challenging, but buying a home while my husband was deployed was a hurdle within itself. Trisha made it all seem so smooth. I would text her at crazy hours and she always answered each and every one of my questions. No matter how silly it was. It’s been over a year since we purchased our home with her help and till this day I’m still in contact with her and STILL ask her questions about upkeep and she has no problem helping me out. If we ever buy again, I would never hesitate to reaching out to her again.

There were times that she went way out of her way for us and did things outside of her job description to make sure we were comfortable.
