Tonya was wonderful through the whole process of selling my home. Very knowledgeable and always answered my questions throughout the process. Even though she had other clients, I never felt like I wasnt her top priority. She is very upbeat, positive, and well knowledgeable of the housing market. This was the second time working with Tonya, she helped me buy my first home 7 years ago and now helped me sell it. She will definitely always be my only choice for any future realtor needs.

Tonya is an outstanding real estate agent and we recommend her to anybody who is looking to sell or purchase a property as she has represented us in both types of transactions. When we were in the process of selling one of our previous properties Tonya made specific recommendations and suggestions that directly contributed to the home selling quicker and for a higher price. Most recently when we were in the process of purchasing our current home it was her suggestion in regards to how we structured a counter offer that ultimately appeased both us and the seller and allowed us to proceed with closing on our home.
