I found Laura on Facebook and worked with her to get into a place. She was amazing, answered any questions I had through the process and made sure to keep in contact with me throughout the entire process. Once we moved in there were some issues with the place but her and Sherry worked to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. I hope this continues to be the case throughout our time here at our new place and possibly others with them in the future! -

My water heater stopped working after 5 on a Friday and as soon as Rick was notified of the problem he immediately contacted me and came over and found that the water heater was bad. Came back the next day and he replaced it. Was so grateful for him and he was extremely professional and ensured that the hot water was working before he left. Thank you so much Rick. -

My family and I Worked with Laura to get into the house we wanted. She is absolutely the sweetest and down to earth woman. She listened to me and everything I had to say. She was able to work with me and my husband and made it possible for us to rent our very first home! No more apartments! We have the privilege of enjoying a house because Laura worked so hard to get us in! I am so thankful for this woman, and I’m so happy we decided to apply with Thunder Sun Homes! This is the start of a new beginning for our growing family and we couldn’t be more happier! -

This is my first time renting a house..... Laura and Sherry both did everything to help make the whole process easy on me. Now when we moved in the ac just happened to go out. (it was working during the walk through of looking at the house.) Turns out the AC blower quit..... :(. We contacted Laura and Sherry and they contacted someone to come fix it. they found out we have to wait for some parts before they AC could get fixed so they gave us some AC window units to use until the AC gets fixed!!! 10/10 in my book. Definitely people you should work with when buying/ renting any home!!!!! -
