    Bonnie was absolutely fantastic. We were relocating from out of state and were super nervous with how quick the market was moving homes. We realized we would likely have to buy a home without seeing it in person if we actually wanted to win an offer. Bonnie was responsive, attentive, and presented an excellent strategy for us.     My wife and I had a fabulous experience with the Tosello team and specifically Bonnie Billingsley! We decided to buy a house in around August and knew our move out date was December 5th. We met with Bonnie and within the first week she was sending us houses and asking if we would like to set-up tours. She was also extremely flexible and never missed one of our calls. We had our wedding in October and when we got back from that only had a couple weeks to find a house. She found us the perfect location, in a house we now know to be our dream home.     Our experience with Tosello Team and Bonnie was amazing. We were first time home buyers and Bonnie took time to explain each step and document along the way. She was very patient and answered all the questions we had promptly via text or when we met in person. She is a pro when it comes to the DFW housing market and things within the house which our difficult to see like condition of the soil, foundation, electric & plumbing state etc. We were in multiple offer situation and she guided us in making an offer which was both comfortable for us and competitive enough which helped us win among others. Further, she goes above and beyond in the entire process like she went out of the way to get the survey from the city saving us 100s of dollars, having our roof checked by roofers for free and reaching out to escrow agent before hand to sort out keys & documentation right before closing. She also has good contacts throughout the industry which helps a lot in the process whether it is the inspectors, contractors or loan officers. It did felt working with somebody from family who is working for our good. Finally, everybody knows her in the DFW Market and real-estate Industry which helps a lot when setting up 10s of things before and after market, you get so many discounts just because you are working with her. We really look forward to working with Tosello Team and Bonnie for future purchases too and have already started recommending her to our family and friends.     We thought about selling our home about 10 years ago and I looked up local trusted real estate professionals through the Dave Ramsey website. Paul met with us and presented a great plan with local comps. We decided to stay in our home a little longer though. Fast forward to late 2023 and we were ready to move. Once again, we looked at options and interviewed a popular neighborhood real estate agent (who we liked), and then interviewed 2 real estate agents we found through Dave Ramsey. We ended up choosing Paul and Colleen with the Tosello team. We liked their experience. I also liked that they provided in their package 2 hours of a designer to help us choose colors for carpet, paint and countertops. It took longer than we hoped to sell because of the interest rates and uncertainty in the housing market, but Colleen was fabulous at helping us make decisions along the way. Her experience was very helpful since this was the first time we had ever sold a home. We recommend this team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

    Our desire for a one level, smaller homewas based on our age and desire for less home maintenance. We chose the Tosello Team for their experience, knowledge of the current market and honesty. They were open to our questions about market comparisons, our asking price and shared current data on similar properties that were for sale vs. comparing our home to sale prices 3-6 months ago. We were pleasantly surprised with how they kept us current on developments throughout the sale of our home. The Interior Designer and Staging consultant they offered as partof their preparation for the home photos was extremely helpful and made our home look the best that it could, without any additional cost to us. This was different than other realtors who recommended several time consuming and costly updates before going on the market.Our advice to future buyers is to remain vigilant in your search for the type of home you’re seeking to find; the market is fluid.     We have talked about down sizing and moving for years. Paul called us about 6-7 years ago and asked us if we were interested in listing. We told him that we were not ready to pull the trigger,. He continued to follow up with us every 6 months or so. This went on for 6-7 years. Then we called Paul and said we wanted to put the house on the market in 3 weeks. The Tosello team made that happen, even with a planned vacation in there. The whole team gave us great advise to get the house show ready. They helped us look at the offers and qualify the buyers. The house sold in the first weekend, for over our asking price. It was a very easy and plesant experience. Paul has continued to contact us on a regular basis to see if everything has gone well with the transition and Colleen has been helping us to try and find a building lot.

    My experience with the entire Tosello Team was exceptional from start to finish. I spoke to Paul to give him my wish list and based on my needs, he connected me with Sandy on his team. This is my 5th home purchase, and I can honestly say that Sandy is by far the BEST realtor I have worked with. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she made me feel like I was her only client, when I know she has many other clients. With the crazy house market in the area I was looking at, it was imperative to go look at the houses as soon as they hit the MLS, and Sandy was willing to schedule and meet me at the houses at a moments notice. She helped me find my dream home...went to see the house and made an offer after 2 hours of when the listing was posted on the MLS. I cant say enough good things about her!!! Once the house offer is in place, Colleen helps to carry out all the must dos before closing on the house. She is extremely organized and responsive.     We have used the Tosello Team in the past when the first Realtor we signed up with didnt sell our house in the time listed in the contract.( Several Months )The Tocellos were hired to get the home sold, which they did in less than 3 weeks. The major difference we noticed right away was the amount of time and effort that the Tocellos put into getting the home listed the right way. They listed the home in all the market sites and had a professional photographer do the pictures. The pictures shown online are what gets the buyers to want to see your home. VERY Important that they are the best they can be. The other Realtors we used in the past took pictures themselves and they were so bad when I saw them online that I took my own pictures and told them to use them instead.Not a problem with the Tocellos, the pictures they took made our home look better than it looked in person.Now as far as the last home we sold the Tocellos by far exceeded our expectations. The listing was done perfectly. We put the home up as coming soon and they did such a good job setting up the listing that the house sold in 3 days. BEFORE IT HIT THE MARKET !!That is what I call efficient team work. They put the listing out there so well to all the other Realtors telling them the home was coming soon that we had a contract before it went public. Fantastic job.I dont plan on moving again anytime soon but you can bet when I do the Tocellos will be my Realtor again. I highly recommend the Tocello Team.

    We really appreciate this team. We had an excellent experience. If we were to do it all over again we wouldnt choose any different. They were very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, even the small details. They are very professional and really paid attention about what our wants are. Looking at houses while living in another state was not bad at all because they were very accommodating. Everything went as smooth as possible. We highly recommend them!
