So grateful we had Ann Stewart as our realtor in selling our fathers home in Sun City. She gave us invaluable advice throughout the process, including which aspects of the home needed updates and repairs before putting on the market. She also arranged for work to be done at the home because my brothers and I do not live in Georgetown. It was a stressful time for our family and Ann thoughtfully helped navigate us through several offers and the eventual closing. Ann is knowledgeable, responsive, and a delight to work with. Cameron made selling the house as easy and painless as possible. He had resources for every need we had. His resources were used to working with him and in Sun City. We worked with Cameron who gave us tips and techniques for getting the house show-room ready, talked us through all phases of the process and expectations at each step. He then worked with us to set an aggressive but achievable market price for our home which sold much faster than we all expected and significantly above the asking price by pricing it correctly. We finally accepted what we felt was the right offer for us with Cameron providing insight during the decision making process. We are very happy that we chose to list our home for sale with Cameron Freeman of the Stacy Group in Sun City/Georgetown, TX. He presented us with a market analysis that showed support for the listing price he suggested. We moved out prior to our home going active on the market. We asked Cameron if he could digitally stage our home and he said he could provide that option. The pictures that were taken of our home showcased the the features and improvements we had made. He put together a professional video of our home along with the amenities of Sun City. We were notified each time our home showed and the name of the agent showing via an email. Cameron frequently checked in with us to let us know what was happening with the real estate market in Sun City and activity with our home. Then when we received an offer on our home, his experience was beneficial in negotiations of the price for sale. We have relocated many times with corporate transfers for my job. My two brothers and I worked with Cameron Freemen of the Stacy Group to sell our fathers widows home in Georgetown, TX. Cameron did a spectacular job with respect to his broker services and just as importantly, his family/seller counseling. Only one of my brothers lives in the area but we all had our opinions. Camerons estimate of the market and suggested prelisting improvements and fix ups were all spot on and he arranged them all and we only had to review and approve his suggestions. And he provided multiple proposals for any work proposed. We received the high end of his estimated sale price within a few weeks of listing. As a result, we cleared almost $25,000 more than we expected. And he graciously handled three stepsons as well as our fathers widow; also known as our Bonus Mom whom we are very protective of. And he made me very comfortable with relying upon him. That is not easy for me since as I am a lawyer and I live outside Texas. I would recommend Cameron any day and I have told him if he ever needs a referral, he can provide my email. Thanks again Cameron for a great job!

We wanted to leave Florida and move back to Texas where we were born, and have friends and family. We looked at Sun City in Georgetown and loved it. Went on Zillow and found a house we liked and contacted the realtors, The Stacy Group, Lic. the Sun City Realtors. Judy Reasoner was the sellers realtor and we made an appointment with her to see the house. She took us to the house and gave us the grand tour. We liked it and wanted to make an offer. She got us another Stacy Group realtor, Ann Stewart, who would be the buyers realtor and she submitted our offer and helped us contact a bank in Sun City that counseled us on the financing of a loan to offer a cash settlement to the sellers. All this was done in one day and it was perfectly painless ! The sellers accepted our offer and we had an appointment to close on our new home in a few weeks. We also were treated by The Stacy Ladies, as I call them, to a fun lunch at one of the many restaurants on the property. All during this procedure Ann Stewart, our realtor, took us back to the house to look at it just for fun, several times while we were there and she was happy to indulge us with a friendly smile every time we asked her. I liked her as a realtor and a new friend. Even asking her to tell me where she got her hair cut and the best places for getting my nails done also. She met us at the title company for the closing with a beautiful welcoming home gift and a sweet card saying that it was such a pleasure getting to know us.
