His knowledge of the ever changing real estate market and ways to make it work is invaluable. Land for your dream home with some oddball easement issues? He’ll work tirelessly to get it worked out. Selling during hard world economic times? He’ll market your home to attract the perfect buyer. Take you a year to find your next home? They’ll show you 150 houses and never pressure you to pick one. The other half of that original team , Melina , brings a practical eye to the equation. She understands what you are looking for, and will carefully guide you away from things that just don’t line up for you. She has the skill to recognize a bad fit , as well as the perfect fit. Unfortunately for them, their work isn’t finished once the contract is signed . They always have the answer to “do you know a plumber/ I need a handyman/what do I do about the mosquitos?” Truly, they are the best at what they do.

I have been using David Shellenberger since 2009. Between then and now he has helped my family with 4 homes. Whether we were buying or selling, David was heavily involved and made the process easy. When selling a home, he always went above and beyond and made multiple repairs and/or improvements HIMSELF to ensure we were giving the best representation of our property. And when we were on the purchasing side of the transaction, David was very hands on steering us through the process to make sure we were getting what we expected. David is NOT a realtor who goes through the motions of buying and sellling homes so he can move on to the next customer. He is an expert of his craft and will represent you with care and professionalism.
