When we first connected with him, we were in a difficult situation trying to sell our home with another realtor. The sale had stalled due to a failed inspection, with the inspector claiming we had termites. However, after consulting with three different termite inspectors, it was confirmed we did not have termites. Despite this, our previous realtor (let’s call her B) suggested we pay a small termite company $1,500 just to “pass” the inspection—a solution that felt both unnecessary and unethical. Unfortunately, she offered no real support or guidance to resolve the issue properly.Austin, on the other hand, was a complete game-changer. He was initially contracted to help us purchase a new home, but he went above and beyond by providing invaluable advice and support for the sale of our current home as well. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for our situation made all the difference. Austin has been incredible!! We were first referred to him a year ago. As a first time homebuyer, there was so much that I didn’t know but Austin guided us through every step of the process. He recommended us to our lender who was also incredible! We qualified for an FHA loan and he helped us look into various homes within our budget. One thing that we appreciated the most from him was his sincerity. He keeps his clients best interests at heart. He listened and understood our needs and In the end he got us a deal that was perfect for us and our budget. I couldn’t be more grateful for all his help during this process. Where do we start! We literally only trust Austin and he will forever be our realtor!! We wanted to buy a house so bad back in 2018 and had absolutely no clue what to do and where to start. We reached out to Austin and he made us a whole game plan, mindful we were in our early twenties at the time. Flash forward a year later he made our home buying dreams come true and helps us every step of the way! As many know home buying can be stressful at time and Austin has the best communicate and knows how to explain every detail! As we all think when we buy our first home, it’s going to be our forever home but at the time we were a bit naive. We were finally thinking we are ready for bigger and better things sooooo of course we have to call Austin!
