I have had 5 real estate transactions handled by Dave Folsom (3 sales and 2 purchases) since 2002. During this time, he and his team have become trusted friends.My last was the sale of my home in NE Saginaw in July 2021. I have now transitioned into an active seniors apartment complex. The sale of this last house was complicated by needed repairs from a late spring hail storm damage (roof, gutters, screens, several windows, and damage to a vinyl rail fence around my one acre lot).Dave placed my home on the market in late June 2021. We had 12 families visit and the house was on the market only 4 days. I received 5 offers, all over the asking price.The buyers closed in 30 days to everyones satisfaction, despite dealing with my homeowners insurance company, the several different contractors, and material supply delays.You cannot go wrong with Dave Folsom and his team to handle your realtor needs.
