I must say that Andrew is one of the most experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and kind agents I have worked with. Our transaction had several bumps, to say the least, that not every agent could have counseled their clients and all parties through, but he did so professionally, and with a cool and calm demeanor the entire way through. Andrew was an awesome help with our out of state relocation. I found him while searching for videos on YouTube of DFW areas. He was super easy to communicate with and went above and beyond. We built a new construction home and he was out often taking a ton of pictures, videos, and also looked for anything that stood out as an issue (we still got a phased home inspection). It was nice to be able to see the progress of the build being 1,000 miles away. Thanks Andrew forMaking this so smooth.

Andrew and his team were incredible to work with, especially in this crazy market but that’s not why I am writing this review. After looking at several houses Andrew realized we were better suited for a new build. He took us to a model home we fell in love with and soon closed on. Not only did this lower his commission but the builder lowered it further. We had no idea and he said nothing. We only found out after speaking with the building agent.Andrew looks for ways to make people happy whether the outcome benefits him or not. That’s really it. He’s genuinely a good person and has built an incredible team with similar values. We will always be thankful he came into our lives. Thanks again Andrew!

I have worked with Andrew Smith on several real estate transactions. He has help me to buy and sell several homes in the Temecula/Murrieta area. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and continues to keep updated on current real estate trends. Once an offer has been excepted he has a terrific team that will take you through to the close of escrow, answering any questions and completing all necessary paperwork in a timely manner. The two members that I worked with closely I would highly recommend arginine Smith and Sherry Patterson.Two things that I demand when looking for a professional is character and integrity. Amazing! Exceeded my expectations again! I have known the Smiths almost five years (sons same soccer team and Andrew was the Coach in California) and they have helped me purchase my two homes in Southern California and helped me sell my investment property in North Texas.I was able to purchase two homes in Southern California at amazing prices with the assistance of Andrew, Janina and Team. One of the transactions was our dream home that was a short sale that had went to another buyer. After four month of consistent follow up with the Selling Agent we were blessed and got the house and it would not have been possible without the dedication and consistent follow up and rapport that they established and prayers.After they moved to North Texas and established the 2nd office I utilized them again to sell my investment property in North Texas. After speaking to local agents in Denton; I was not satisfied with response time and effort. I reached out to the Smiths and amazingly the property sold above our agreed price by $10k with multiple offers. The communication was consistent and advice was right on. The reason I did not contact them first was because the property was not near them but that was not a factor for them and they did a better job then some one that was local. They evaluated comps and made recommendations, took nice pictures and successfully listed it and worked with multiple buyer agents until sold.The reason I would utilize them again and again is because they have an amazing professional team and it is not a one person show. Whether selling or buying time is critical and they understand that. They demonstrated that in Southern California and they did it again in North Texas. The investment property flooded them with calls but they were able to handle it in a professional manner, great negotiations, and great advice that helped me make the right decisions.I gladly recommend them as a friend and as a professional. I would not give them this recommendation if it was not earned.

From the very beginning they are professional, courteous, KNOWLEDGABLE and responsive. There are extremely informative about the current market trends and especially about the Temecula Valley. We cant say enough good things about Janina--she is the person that sees everything goes smoothly and quickly after the sale.
