Teresa has been our realtor for 10+ years helping us buy and sell several homes in the north DFW area. You will not find a more knowledgeable real estate agent in the area. Teresa and her team have always done an amazing job staging and marketing our homes. However, its Teresas follow through after the sale or purchase of a home that really sets her apart. We have had realtors who basically went MIA once the ink on the contract was dry, providing little to no help after the deal was done. I want to highly recommend Theresa for any of your needs in selling a house. This house required significant renovation as it had been occupied for 12 years. Due to the pandemic I chose not to oversee the repairs and updating as I live over 600 miles from Denton. She dealt with all the various contractors and others for me. This would have required extensive involvement on my part. All I had to do was arrange payments for the various repairs and updates. We received at least 15 offers in the first 24 hours.
