My husband and I were recommended to Sonal via our financing company for our first home purchase. I do not know how we were so lucky!! She is truly a wonderful Realtor and person. She was quick to arrange to view any houses that we were interested in (some almost an hour out of town) and accommodated our work-schedules, which honestly arent the most convenient. As first time home buyers, we had a LOT of questions and Sonal answered them all very thoroughly and with expertise. From looking at the property, placing an offer, and eventually closing on it, I never once felt overwhelmed or stressed because of Sonals help. On top of being incredibly professional and knowledgeable in her field, she is just a very enjoyable/agreeable personal to be around which made the whole home buying process feel like a breeze. Sonal was FANTASTIC to work with!!! As a homebuyer, I am direct and have high expectations of a realtor. Sonal did not fail to meet and exceed expectations! We were moving from Wisconsin to Fort Worth. Finding a great (not good) realtor that we could trust was extremely important due to the crazy buying market and doing it from a distance. Sonal was informative on areas more than just giving us websites to check out. She did video calls with us for house tours. She helped us craft an offer that got us a house even though we weren’t the highest offer. Over the months of working together she became not only our realtor, but also our friend. I would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to anyone else.
