I closed on 11/23/2022. Shadrya was absolutely phenomenal throughout my house purchasing process. She was attentive, steadfast (she has been with me since February), patient, resourceful, and dedicated. I cannot say enough about her work ethic and how she continued to work with me, even when I was frustrated and ready to give up. I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone.

Shadrya was god sent. She has so much knowledge and resources to help you out. Shadrya works very hard for her clients. I didnt live in the city where I wanted to purchase. Unable to go to open houses. Shadrya pulled paper work and sent videos of every property I wanted to see. No matter how far the drive. If you dont work with her it will be your lost. She is the best ever!!! I will refer her to anyone I know. I will always work with her. She is my realtor for life.
