I wish I could give him 10 stars out of 5. I cant say enough good things about Scott. I had a horrible experience with my previous realtor and I lost many great opportunities because of him. So I found scott by searching on google and we decided to hire him. First of all, Scott listens carefully to every word you say and all your needs and expectations from your new home. Within three days he called all the builders and got all the prices and deals and booked appointments for us in Northlake/Argyle area and we bought our house on the third day. I wish we met Scott long time ago we could have saved ourselves so much money with the craziness of the market nowadays. On the other hand, Im really grateful that we hired Scott because my mother-in-law got really sick and we had to go out of town for more than a month and Scott kept following up with the builders and sending us updates. One more thing that I also should mention is that Scott have answers to all my questions about the market and legal/building process. I dont think other realtors has as much knowledge as him. Also, Scott was very honest with his opinion about the houses, we felt as if he was buying the house for himself. I will definitely hire him again if I decide to sell or buy any property. Scott is an real estate marketing guru! Scott sold my house in 3 days flat. I had 5 neighbors that were selling their homes and all of them were on the market for months. Literally signs from other big name real estate brokerages were in my neighbors yards for months. Scott is honestly different from any other real estate agent you think you know. Scott ranked some videos on the 1st page online for random searches, created blogs, used his social media technology, ranked videos, used his targeted ads, performed an open house etc..., and showed us the analytics and results. In addition to using traditional marketing tools that other real estate agents use such as the MLS etc.., he generated thousands of additional viewers and potential buyers using his marketing expertise. He literally had over 54 people at our open house! We sold the home for way more than our asking and in record time.
