    We loved working with Kati and Canyon on our first home purchase. We were expecting so much stress from the process (simply because we were first-timer home buyers and didnt know what to expect at all) and they took the stress out of it completely - we are amazed at how smoothly it all went. Kati worked diligently to help us narrow down where we would eventually live and helped us find homes within our budget that were great. She took time to listen and understood our needs and gave honest opinions about homes and neighborhoods. Canyon toured us around houses and was so honest about what was good and not-so-good about each one - even pointing out things we didnt notice at first but would have hated eventually! Kati has been so great at answering our questions and ushering us through the whole process, and we could tell they both had our best interests at heart and were not just trying to get us to buy something fast (my worst fear in dealing with a realtor). We ended up getting our home for a good price in a great area and we feel we did not overpay in the current sellers market which had also been a fear for us.
