When I first met Rockie I was looking for a rental home, she assisted me navigating through that. Several years later my family and I were ready to purchase our first home and I knew exactly who to call. Rockie helped us purchase our fist home and made the process very smooth, anything that came up she knew the answer or had a referral of someone who could. After 5 years in our home we decided to sell that home and purchase a new build. We were successful in selling our home and her high level of service made that process less stressful. We now have our new home and thanks to Rockie and her team who work extremely hard with multiple phone calls and different scenarios to make it work! Rockie helped us buy our first home! She was amazing and so insightful. She answered all our questions and concerns and was always open to showing us houses soon after we showed interest in them. During the inspection period she had so many people come out and give us quotes on work needed on the home so we could get a credit on our closing costs and save money. She has a lot of contacts that do great work. We’ve even already used her contacts for duct work. A lot of my husbands family has used her and had great experiences as well. I highly recommend and will use again in the future. She also speaks Spanish! If you’re thinking about using her, do it!
