Having a realtor in the family is quite helpful except when he lives in California and we live in rural East Texas. However, after reaching out, my nephew contacted multiple realtors in the area and referred us to Britany. From our first phone call, Britany’s business acumen, professionalism and personality put us at ease. Upon taking the time to get to know us she never seemed bothered by the almost endless barrage of emails, texts and phone calls which were many as first time home buyers. Instead she answered all of our communications very quickly and at all hours, working around our schedules. From that initial contact we were confident and relieved to be in such good hands. We began our search for a home in Texas in June and Kayla was able to show us several properties and weed others out so as not to waste time since we only had a couple of days to look. We made an offer on a home and did a contingency on selling our home in Colorado. Outstanding! Kayla and her team did a phenomenal job selling my house as part of a relocation package from my new employer. Kayla expertly set the sales price (which another realtor wanted to put on the market for $50k less) and did an amazing job advertising the home and has an incredible photographer. My house was on 5 acres in the country so I feared it would have trouble selling. Words cannot even describe how excellent Kayla was throughout our first home buying experience. Shes so friendly and helpful, and professional at the same time. She definitely knows what she is doing, and it definitely helped us get our first home. She was patient enough to wait for us to build our credit up as we didnt get preapproved first time around. Fast forward a few months later, we get preapproved and just a few weeks before our closing date, my score is 3 points shy of what the lender required. We got a new lender, and kayla worked diligently with them to get all the documents prepared and completed to close on time. Here in East Texas, our area is an extremely hot market when it comes to decent houses. You look away one second and the one you want is sold, but with Kayla, she gives you deadlines and assist you in what you need to do to have your offer accepted. Now we pay $100 less than our apartment was, and our money is actually going towards something! Dont tell my brother in law (hes an agent also) but I wouldnt recommend anybody other than Kayla as your agent. PLUS, you get a really nice cutting board with texas on it, and some flowers 👍🏻 Side note, her husband is also an agent, so youre getting alot of wisdom in the real estate field with Kayla.thanks again Kayla!!
