Every agent I interviewed had opinions about what should be restored or replaced before listing my familys custom home, but Ric and I agreed about what made financial sense and which original features to retain so the house wouldnt look like many flipped houses do. After patiently checking in with me while the work was done, he had great photography done and listed the house. Then we went through the fire together coping with buyers who bully people! Ric never lost his cool, had my back through the whole process, and communicated gracefully and professionally with everyone involved. You cant predict what will happen with the other party, so get Ric to represent you.
