Shane did an incredible job helping us find the right land and home as we relocated to the Liberty Hill area. Searching for and buying a home, especially on acreage, can be a challenge and Shane managed to make the buying process stress free even though we didnt necessarily fall in love with the first property, or even first 5 properties. His expertise, patience, wisdom, thoroughness, and communication skills were amazing.Shane would tackle any problem to make it happen! His negotiating skills and innate ability to know the direction to go in negotiations were amazing. His knowledge of not just Liberty Hill but also the entire region was amazing. I cannot recommend highly enough using Shane. You can take a chance and hope you have an OK experience with a Realtor, or choose Shane and know you will have an outstanding experience.

Very knowledgeable and efficient. Shane took care of everything with calm professionalism. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely matter. Our closings actually went smoother than I expected. I am very satisfied with the work that Shane and his team did. I would definitely recommend them, especially to those who dont know much about the home buying and selling process, they took great care of us. Plus, I learned a great deal about the entire process.

I have now used the Shane White team on four separate transactions. I cant imagine any other real estate firm that would provide the quality of service that I have received. Nicole went out of her way to help me. Driving me around, moving some old items, going through inspections with me, making sure all paperwork was completed on time, transmitting and copying documents for me, and helping me to be on time for appointments. I hope this is the last time I move, but if I do I wont hesitate to call the Shane White Team.

Could not have asked for a better reality office to handle our home purchase. Debby Norman is an awesome advocate and saved us thousands of dollars during the process. We ended up building a new home from a neighborhood builder and Debby was there every step of the way. Anytime there was an issue during the construction all it took was one call or text to Debby and it was handled to our satisfaction. When we first started looking for a home, we were considering existing homes but never quite found a home that worked, didnt realize you could use or even need a realtor for new construction but after going through the build a new home process for the first time we would never consider doing it without a realtor and we will use Debby and the Shane T. White team in any future Austin area real estate transactions without hesitation!

First of all, we prayed that God would lead us to the right realtor. He led us to Mendy Wright. For 2.5 years she was patient with us as we waited on Gods timing and the right house. She was always available, prompt, and prepared for each meeting. She listened and responded to our questions and concerns with wisdom and offered great business advice. She is a true wealth of knowledge for the school system and the community; exactly what we needed. Once we found the house, the rest was easy. She was our advocate through the entire process. In August 2009 I engaged Re/Max Town & Country and Agent Nicole Nieft for potential purchase of residence in Liberty Hill, TX. Following a walk-through with Ms. Nieft, I made an offer, owner made counter, I made final offer, which owner declined. Several weeks later Ms. Nieft advised that owner would take my final offer, sale was consummated in October 2009. During this period Ms. Nieft was most knowledgeable regarding property values and the purchase process, and very nicely kept me apprised of the developments.Since that time I have had a few occasions for needing information and advice regarding property and property tax matters, and Ms. Nieft has consistently been most helpful, and has been a most pleasant person with whom to deal. In addition other staff has always been pleasant and helpful.On at least one occasion, and perhaps two, I have recommended Ms. Nieft and Town & Country to others. Further, at such time as I may sell the instant property, Ms. Nieft and Town & Country will be engaged for the sale, and should I depart this world still the owner, my will has instructions that Ms. Nieft and Town & Country is to handle the sale
