For the past year+, weve been busy finding my Mom the perfect retirement community to call her next home. This summer we found just the place, so the next steps were to clear out my parents house and get it ready to put on the market. To call this entire process a challenge would be an understatement. In the middle of the process we even had to pivot and go hunt for a new realtor to represent my Mom...one that we could 1000% trust and we are so thankful we hired Stephanie. She has been rock solid every step of the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, an excellent negotiator, a great listener, and treated my Mom with the utmost kindness and respect. Her marketing plan was fantastic and she worked tirelessly to execute. I have incredibly high expectations and Stephanie far exceeded mine. I would hire her all over again! If anyone in the Sugar Land/Houston area needs a realtor, please do yourself a favor and hire Stephanie Nelson! You wont be disappointed!

Stephanie Nelson is an amazing real estate agent! She was extremely knowledgeable of Sugar Land and Fort Bend County and listened to all our needs, wants, and pricing desires. We spent a long time looking for just the right house and she was very patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I was super picky and specific about what i wanted but Stephanie was patient and understanding the entire time. Stephanie was so good at letting us know when something that met our standards was available and finally we found our dream home!! Stephanie Nelson is the best realtor, period. I’ve dealt with many realtors in my time as a homeowner and I am very picky, having passed on working with many. But Stephanie Nelson was above and beyond. She eats, sleeps and breathes realty, and does it right. Answered my calls at 10:30 at night when I had questions. Knocked on doors to get me showings. Showed me neighborghoods she knew I’d like. She didn’t miss a beat and found us the perfect house. Then she sold it for us 5 months later when we had to move out of state, at full ask, 8k more than we bought it for. I would’ve worked with her forever if we hadn’t had to move out of state. I can’t say enough good things about her, as a person and as a realtor. The best.
