I’m not sure where to start or even what words to use. I told Porcha what I was looking for and she delivered. My time was very limited and Porcha had 10 houses set up for me to see once I got off the plane. Porcha is SUPERIOR and made my first home buying experience nothing short of AMAZING. She made sure I understood everything that was happening from start to finish. Because I was relocating from out of state Porcha would drive by my house often to send me updated pictures so that I could see each step of the process from a far and I really appreciated her for that. She was very patient with me knowing how picky I can be. I’m so grateful that Porcha was able to help me find my first home. Porcha made sure I had everything on my list plus more. I highly recommend Porcha, you won’t be disappointed I promise you that. 😊

Porcha is excellent and made our first home buying experience a breeze. The communication was constant and she kept us in the know throughout the whole process. She was very patient and able to help us coordinate all the pieces through the process. I was amazed at how quickly things were able to go and we got the house we wanted the first time. I highly recommend Porcha and her team if you’re looking for a professional and peaceful process.

Porcha was fantastic. Guided me through the entire buying process, was always available, worked around my crazy schedule (shift worker), and made it easy. 10/10 would recommend. She also helped one of my friends not long after and got him into an awesome home after I recommended her. He said the same things. She will get you what you want and take some stress out of the situation!
