Chasity was our agent and from the beginning was on top of her knowledge with how much market value our home was worth and how much we could get for the two properties we had. She managed to get one of our homes sold from being live on the market one weekend, and the other night even being on the market. She then helped us purchase our current home and was able to know the listing price was too much and we would be able to get the home for less. She had all 3 of my sales and purchase made smoothly with her team. Lauren has always stayed in top of things helping us with any questions we have had as well. They know their VA home loans and what is necessary to qualify. The best part of them is that even after the sales are closed, they still send out community involvement gatherings and always find a way to give back. I have never had this experience with other agents. I highly recommend PCS El Paso team.

I recently purchased a home with using Keller William Realty and Chastity Rosales as both a buyer and sellers agent. The process was easy and Mrs. Rosales was professional, courteous, and timely throughout the process. We did an assumable mortgage, which is a little more paperwork than a normal mortgage but it was mostly transparent. Mrs. Rosales was also able to represent both parties fairly and at a discounted rate due to there being only one agent. I dont think this was Mrs. Rosales fault (more so the bank) but closing costs were higher than expected but the higher closing costs resulted in a lower final loan amount so its kind of a wash. If I were buying or selling property again I would use Keller William Realty and Mrs. Rosales.

I am moving to El Paso from Hawaii soon, my family and I decided to buy a house and I was referred Chasity with Preferred Closing Specialist. Tatiana Otero, one of the realtors, rapidly contacted me after with no hesitation. This is my first time buying a house, Tatiana has done an spectacular job and has made this journey one smooth, stressless, and very fructiferous. There is a 4 hours time difference between Hawaii and Texas and that did not stop Tatiana and her team to be available at any time or any day. Tatiana was there step by step throughout the whole process, from finding the house we like the best, applying for financing (not to mention she went above and beyond to find a lender that was able to work with my current credit situation), to closing. This team reviewed every document and every offer. My family and I were able to close on a new construction, the Team was available to walk through the house before closing and have the builder fix any deficiencies. They have all the connections, knowledge, and fulfill any request that you might have or encounter during the house buying process, and after. Overall, we are more than happy and pleased to work with Tatiana and her Team. Recommended 2,000%

I cant speak highly enough of my experience with Jeniffer Ranson. I am a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. My realtor in Dallas recommended Jen and I cant thank her enough. My interactions with her was over the phone because I am still not in El Paso. After a few conversations with her over the phone, I knew instantly that she was the one for me. She is honest and hands-on, and she really helped to take the pressure off of me.We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the one and ended up in a bidding war, Jeniffer walked me through every step of the negotiations. 12/14/2024 updateChasity and her team are so sweet! They still take care of past clients! We bought a house with them over a year ago. Theyve started an annual christmas event for current and past clients. This is our second year! They are so thoughtful‐-------------------Ms. Chasity and Ms. Angie have made my first time buying a house a breeze. We are a military family and was in Georgia at the time of buying. Ms. Chasity visited all the houses and video recorded everything. I really appreciated the videos as I can look back at them. My husband who worked much later hours was even able to see the videos versus missing out on the zoom tours (with the realtors we initially went with). The video tours were very details, it would show broken dashboard, broken tiles, holes in the wall, etc. Chasity was definitely thorough. She did not hide the houses flaws to make a quick sell. Ms. Angie was able to help coordinate a maid and getting electrical garage install prior to our arrival. I highly recommend Ms. Chasity and PCS El Paso keller williams realty.

Chasity was a miracle for us! We made the mistake of going with a different realtor at first and our house spent 6 months vacant on the market. We chose to switch to Chasity after our contract with the other realtor expired and all I can say is I wish we found her from the beginning! All I can say is that Jenny Hamilton was extremely professional, helpful and responsive when I needed help finding a rental in the NE. Don’t even know where to begin! After being dropped by multiple realtors because we chose to rent for now instead of buy, Jennifer Hamilton gladly reached out offering her assistance with our rental search! From sending us properties we never even saw on our own searches to taking the time out of her busy schedule to virtually show many houses to us, Jennifer was there for us for whatever we needed!
