I was lucky enough to have Patricia as my realtor when purchasing my first home. She was kind enough to start the process with me early so that I could do my homework and get used to what I did/didnt like so when it was time to make an offer I was ready to act quickly. Patricia and I probably saw about 50 homes before we began the fun bidding dance.Through an amazing set of circumstances I ended up in my dream home - although it was not at all where I expected to land! I credit Patricia with sealing the deal (my first offer) when the other buyer backed out. It was due to her people skills with the builders agent and her persuasive powers that we got the house. She held my hand through every step of the looking/buying/negotiating/contract/closing process and was a dream advocate for me. At closing, she presented me with the most thoughtful welcome home gift and had all the paperwork organized. She really worked hard and smart. I could not be happier. Patricia is professional, resourceful, responsive and really cares about her clients. She knows Austin and has a very level head about what the market will/wont bear, which is necessary in fast-growing Austin. I cannot say enough positive things about Patricia. Hire her!

Patricia brings not only expertise but a level of calm to what can be a stressful experience. We really appreciated her cheerful demeanor and willingness to answer any and all questions. She knows her stuff but she also really cares about people. Thats a great combination. We were very grateful to have gone through the process with her and cant wait to have her over in our new home.

Patricia went, and continues to go, above and beyond! I was a first time home buyer coming from out of state during COVID. Patricia helped me find and hire local resources, made extra trips to my house to meet inspectors, and was my on the scene hands/arms/ears. She added very personalized and sweet touches throughout, making my very first home purchase extra special. My closing was in 26 days in the ultra hot Austin market and we got it done.
