As a neighbor for the past three years, I can honestly say, I could not be happier with our relationship with Joseph Stancil, as a neighbor and friend. Joseph is an extremely knowledgeable person, very dependable, and also very generous with his time. Joseph has proven to us many times tthat we can trust him. Hes got a lot of respect from all our neighbors. Joseph embraces an issue in the construction world, and you can count on him for detail analysis of any construction problem. We had a problem with our roof and builder regarding construction of the new roof. We had an independent construction company do a Proberty Inspection Report of the roof, which raised a multitude of defects. We got Joseph involved, and we gained so much respect for him in dealing with the Technical issues of the roof, as well as his negotiating skills in dealing with with the contractor. Joseph played a key role in helping us to understand technical issues, but also the legal ramifications involved with the inspection report. Joseph was very impressive with his experience in the business world, as well as the construction criteria, all of which has allowed us to move forward. Josephs background is very impressive, along with will willingness to help. His negotiations skills leads straight towards success.In addition to all of the above, Joseph is a Realtor. If I were in the market to sell or buy real estate, there is no one I would trust more to protet my interests and negotiate the best deal.
