You will not find a more attentive, caring, motivated and responsive real estate agent to work with than Michelle Stanley! A friend gave me her name, I reached out to her and she responded and reached out to me the same day, and I was reviewing listings the next day and we looked at some of the properties that same weekend! She was very diligent about asking what our needs were, and then what we liked and disliked about each property, so that she could further hone in on the best properties for us. She was patient and understanding when I wanted to see a property again. She was always available and answered my hundreds of questions, gave us tons of great information to consider, and was able to provide multiple referrals to associates to help throughout the process, ie. Finance, Inspection, Etc. I loved that she would give me several to choose from so I could choose whom I felt the most comfortable with and matched with what was important to me in working with someone. She was honest and I never once doubted that she had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. Michelle is so amazing about what she does because she is driven by finding her clients their perfect home, no matter how long that takes, rather than just getting a sale. She has built a great reputation in her industry because she truly cares about people and that shines through in everything she does. We have remained in touch over the past 2 years since we closed on our home, I referred her to my best friend who also bought a home from her, and there is no one else I would even consider for my next home purchase other than Michelle Stanley!!!

Michelle was outstanding throughout the process of selling my home. She was prepared and responsive at every step of the process. She did an extensive market analysis of my property to help get me to get as much money as possible. She also had plenty of ideas for staging the house (which I desperately needed) and included staging as a value added benefit so the house could show at its maximum potential. She did not disappear in the contract phase and was always just a text away for answering my questions or helping me through issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle and her team for any of your real-estate needs.

When my husband and I decided to buy our very first house we were very confused and new to the housing world, but Michelle took us under her wing and made the process so seamless and easy! Michelle made us feel like we were family from the very moment she became our realtor and helped us find the very best house at the best price! On our singing day she had our front door decorated with a big bow and a goodie basket. It was truly so sweet and thoughtful. Michelle Stanley and her Ebby team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ start to finish, absolutely incredible experience!! We own a home in McKinney again as of this morning ❤️ Michelle’s tenacity, energy and ability to take your goals as her own we have NEVER before experienced in the 5 homes we have purchased. She is detailed and works tirelessly while trying to meet two very different peoples wants/needs because let’s face it, after 4 homes in 20 years we are picky and know what we want. Think Goldilocks but it took a lot more than 3 choices to find just right, wanting to downsize to not too big while not too small, pool with hot tub but little outside to maintain with covered space and and must have gas cooking, two home office’s and of corse the man cave… and no projects because if you know us you know why. Our list was a little crazy but she never wavered with determination to find it in the area we wanted. Michelle did this in one of the most insanely competitive buying markets of all time. Her sparkling personality and unwavering positive attitude made the countless showings and offers seem less daunting while never tiring and seemingly working 24/7 even FaceTime’ing or videoing us in from out of state while we traveled. Her past experience in business and finance coupled with her real estate knowledge is fierce, she is a force to be reckoned with that’s 100% in your corner. I have never been able to rave about a real estate experience before, we’ve had ok and costly mistakes before but once you have GREAT you know it and will never settle for anything less.
