Michele helped us find out dream house and successfully transition our old home into a rental. Shes so well-known in real estate, that every question we had, and almost every person we encountered knew and spoke of her highly. We bought a new construction home, and she knew the builder and managers well. We felt confident with her knowledge and experience and she is our instant go-to in the future.Before we partnered with Michele, wed worked with a realtor who insisted on showing us resale homes, when we told him, repeatedly that we wanted new construction. It felt like he was more interested in moving his inventory of homes than really helping us find our dream home. He had no confidence that we could buy in our dream neighborhood. Michele is not afraid to offer her opinions without being too pushy. She always makes sure you’re comfortable and I’ve never felt like I was ever forced into a situation. Whenever I have a question of concern, Michele has never hesitated to get back with me usually within the same day. In the last 10 years that I’ve been living in Austin, I’ve now leased an apartment, built my first home, and then sold that home, and built a second home with her assistance!Michele is a rare gem in the real estate world and you would do well to take full advantage of all the help and friendship that she and her team offer. As a first time home buyer and with my lease ending soon I was looking to close on my house very quickly. I was dealing with a seller agent that was very nonresponsive and combative as well as buyers that didnt live in town. After weeks of issues I finally gave up on representing myself and sought out Michele Scotts expertise. She took over and relieved a large burden off my shoulders. She took charge and made sure the sellers agent knew she wasnt going to just sit around and wait for him to do things on his own time. She also made sure to keep in contact with the lender to make sure they were on track with the closing. There were multiple hurdles that were thrown her way and in the end worked out deals that credited and saved me money at closing. I cannot recommend and aign her praises enough. Well done Michele!

I wrote what I was expected down on paper, gave it to Scott Realty Team and was astonished at how quickly they got a buyer willing to pay what I needed.The team is talented, polite, and very competent. I would highly recommend SRT if youre looking to sell in the area.

This was my first time selling property and Scott Realty Team made it easy and made sure I was informed but making my own decisions at every step of the way.They had great contacts who were super reasonably priced and did great work on a few things I wanted to touch up before listing.They definitely listened to me and what’s better is that they were good about email communication when that would be faster for both of us and gave me time to read and review info he was giving me before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc.I’d work with them for any future real estate needs.Highly recommend.
