Marta made everything about selling our home easy. We had already moved out when the house went on the market and we had moved 4 hours away, so everything fell to Marta to handle on our behalf. She didnt hesitate to do whatever needed to be done. She even checked the mailbox for us throughout the process! Prior to listing the house, Marta advised us on upgrades we should (or should not) make in order for the house to sell more quickly. Her advice worked--we had multiple offers the first day the house was on the market! I highly recommend Marta Castaneda. Shes smart, responsive and she knows the real estate business!

Marta Morales came recommended by the realtor that sold my home in Glendale, CA. As I arrived to TX, I knew nothing about the market, the difference between the neighborhoods, the services available not anything else. I had a price range and a house style I was interested in and with that, she took me under her wing and started picking properties that fit those descriptions. She would arrive promptly to each appointment and would have answers for all my questions on the spot. She would even bring small bottles of cold water to offer me during the showings (it was the dog days of summer!).She was patient and would never rush me through the visits to each property. At first, I wasnt crazy about the properties we were visiting, but she would pay attention to every comment and what I liked or disliked about each of those properties. She continued to send me daily updates of properties in the market within the areas that we were narrowing and she would even have suggestions for additional areas that could fit in my commute requirements. There where at least 4 properties I was very interested in and she worked out all the details to have offers made. She also had a handful of suggestions for professionals that would be needed throughout the process, such as inspectors, contractors, and so.One comment she made that stood out was I do not blindly trust any other realtors. Ive got to see it with my eyes.If you have Marta on your side, you can rest assured your interests are well garded. And please do not think that because we share the same last name I am saying this to favor her. We are not related!!! But if we were, I would proudly let everyone know she is o e of the best in the business.
