Marsha Acosta is a great Real state agent! She has done 2 transactions with me and her work ethic is excellent. Her knowledge of the market is amazing, the amount she suggested for us to make an offer on a property was what the appaisal came back with. She worked very hard to get us our property, her passion to get the deals done is not something you find very often. I would highly recommend her. She will get things done, and negotiate on your behalf to get you the highest economic benefits on your sale or purchase.
