I don’t know where to start when all I have are praises for Marilyn. We were very blessed to have found her by random chance. We give Marilyn our highest recommendation. From our first meeting, we saw she understood our needs and concerns. Marilyn took the time to develop a strategy to meet these concerns and address any issues that might come up. Our house sold in one day, above asking price and we were able to stay in our home until our daughter finished school. Marilyn carefully reviewed all offers with us to explain each feature, the varying fees and how they impacted us. She explained why one offer was the best. Marilyn Innis is the highest caliber professional I have ever met doing Realestate. You will not find a better advocate. Marilyn made sure our voice wasn’t just heard, but that we were respected. This woman treated every person like they were her own guest! There is no one even close, seriously she is just on the spot, came to our house every day to check on things while we were out of the country, found THE BEST handy professionals and was just a beacon through all the stress of our move. M helped us move into our dream home originally and was scrupulous and meticulous through every step. 4 years later, times changed and she helped us sell our house - but let me tell you… buying a home with M is one thing, but seeing how she treated our home when it went for sale was a WHOLE new level. M personally went out and greeted buyers, staged our house, and handled everything from contractors, HORRIBLE neighbors (like the worst) and EVEN cleaned up after THUGS threw a house party in our home while we were all out of the country!!! I felt bad but somehow M was able to 100% solve the issues before closing. I think 200 teenagers were there. How she could work for us and so other clients shows how good of a leader she is and how strong of a team she’s made. and she walked them to their cars, remembered the details and intricacies of our home and helped us through MAJOR challenges our house posed such as windows, AC and pool repairs and various handy man repairs. I’m telling you this woman is incredible and put in countless hours and late nights just managing this house.
