Max has been instrumental to my peace of mind regarding a property in TX that suddenly required a new roof. He proactively took charge and used his drones to take pictures of the roof, personally toured the property, took pictures of the interior, and spoke with tenants. He checked in regularly with the property manager, and even suggested local roofers for me to check out. He was always willing to go above and beyond! We had agreed to a payment plan based on his time spent, and at the end, he refused payment, telling me that all he wanted was for me to be happy with his service and if I was, to reach out to him next time with future needs. I am so impressed and it goes without saying that I will not hesitate to contact him if I ever need an experienced, local realtor in the Hidalgo area. Thank you, Max. You were a lifesaver!
