I began working with Lola Martinez through a personal recommendation on the purchase of my first home. I went through many ups and downs over the course of months trying to figure out what a living situation could look like within my budget. Compromises can feel endless but she was extremely patient with me and expressed a genuine dedication to helping me find the right one that met most of my needs. She has an intuitive sensibility in ushering in the right mix of factors between location and price and somehow found me a better price for something within the best neighborhood I didnt even think I had a chance to afford. She really listens and understands and does an amazing job at curating that list of properties that strike the right balance of your criteria.
