Professional, personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, communicative, patient and understanding. . We first met Laura in 2019, when she helped us sell our house in Buda. Laura gave us a plan to get the house ready, explained all the paperwork and walked us through to a sale in less than a week. Then in 2022, Laura worked with my son and daughter-in-law and helped them buy their first house.Now, in 2024, Laura once again helped us buy this house in Burnet. She walked us through all the paperwork, paired us with a great mortgage broker and home inspector. Laura also helped us through all the negotiations with the sellers.Laura really does care about her clients and wants to make this very stressful time as easy as possible. In today’s world it hard to be trusting, but we have never questioned Laura’s trustworthiness. If we, or anyone we know, is in the market for a real estate agent, Laura will be our first call and our recommendation.

Absolutely Amazing Realtor. We began working with Laura after working with 2 previous realtors. Laura went above and beyond. She is incredibly kind and easy to work with. Unlike our other experiences she hunted to find homes that would check our boxes. Ultimately after 3 years in searching for homes we submitted an offer within 3 weeks of working with her and closed in the next month. She listened to our concerns and followed through! We will recommend her to everyone in need of a realtor and we definitely use her again.

Knowledgeable, professional and the hardest working agent you will ever find. Laura is top notch. She knows the Austin real estate market and offers good sound advice when it comes to listing/selling your property. She has contractors to help with any kind of improvements or repairs that might be needed before listing and offers sound advice on what is or is not important to help you obtain top dollar for your property. Laura held multiple open houses and posted our listing on social media to generate lots of traffic. All of this effort helped us sell our property for a higher price than similar properties in the neighborhood. Shes very accessible and communicates often with the client. The ideal realtor. Laura OBrien is very good at selling houses, but she is not an aggressive, fast-talking wheeler-dealer AT ALL. She is an excellent listener, very knowledgeable about the market and the process, never put any pressure on us, was completely honest, and very generous as well. The stager and photographer she paid for out of her own pocket are both very good at their jobs, and the result was an attractive listing that generated lots of visits to the house. Laura followed up on every lead and every expression of interest, and did a thoroughly professional job, from start to finish. Selling a house we have lived in for decades is naturally stressful, but working with Laura took a lot of the stress out of it. We got her name from friends who had worked with Laura to sell their house, and they steered us rights!

Laura is 300 million stars-worthy! I feel so fortunate to have found her. I had the absolute pleasure of working with her and relocate here to Texas. She was exactly the expert agent we needed that gave us an edge in getting our offer accepted in a market where home owners were receiving tens of dozens of offers in a matter of hours! I am certain that our offer was not the highest or most attractive in the sea of offers, but her prestige, reputation and strong relationships she has built gave us an edge among other agents. The sellers of our home moved quickly with confidence through the entire process of accepting our offer and the closing procedures because of Laura. I cannot recommend her enough! Furthermore, she made me feel as if I was the only client she was working with at the time, though you will see with her history that is definitely not the case! She takes her time with you, hears you, provides solutions to your needs, and never ever made us feel at any time that she was too busy. Laura is warm and caring, and so so good at what she does! I was fortunate to find Laura through a word of mouth referral and I could not be more grateful! Laura went above and beyond for my family in finding the perfect home for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable and really listened and took into account what we were looking for. She was also monumentally patient with me in answering all of my questions and patiently dealt with my sometimes higher than reasonable expectations. She went above and beyond all of my expectations and was truly a god-send throughout the whole home buying process. I know this is a VERY long overdue post, but Laura OBrien is absolutely superwoman when it comes to assisting new homebuyers with the scary and overwhelming issues that come with buying your first home. She will absolutely go above and beyond for you. Laura is very responsive and thorough in her answers to all of your questions, not to mention, she has the best resources in the state of Texas (I am convinced). I unfortunately had to back out of a house contract around a year ago due to personal issues. Fast forward to today... I am currently living in a different city and texted her with some realty related questions, and she is STILL so helpful, even though I am not her client anymore. 1000% recommend for new buyers and everyone else interested in buying a house.

I met Laura and her husband while looking at houses originally in the Kyle/San Marcos area. I was planning to move down in about a month from ND and they helped us to quickly see some houses and even start putting a bid almost immediately. I even ended up having to switch from the Austin area to closer in the San Antonio area which is out of their usual jurisdiction due to my job, yet Laura again came to the rescue and within a month I had my beautiful house here in Seguin. I greatly appreciate their help and working with me both out of State and in State.

These two realtors are AMAZING! They go above and beyond for their clients and are available to answer questions any time (trust me, I had a million). They are honest and sincere and will find you the home of your dreams. Laura and Mike are very knowledgeable and work hard to make sure their clients are happy. They were both very patient with me and drove around to look at several houses before I found the one. I bought my house in March and in November that year I had a Pecan Pie delivered to my doorstep from one of the best bakeries in town, courtesy of Laura and Mike. I highly recommend them!
