Laura has been excellent as my realtor for purchase of a new home in Sienna Plantation. She was especially helpful in working with the sellers agent to help us finalize our initial offer, negotiate concessions at the end of the offer period and navigate the last details for closing. In addition, Duane helped us with the cost of repairs and improvements that we needed to make after closing.

Laura was fantastic. She was able to show me houses around my irregular schedule, and quite a few different ones at a time as well. I was unsure about what I wanted to do multiple times, but she kept a smile on her face throughout the whole process. When I found the perfect house and asked her to try and expedite the process, she was able to get me contracts and keys to the house in about 2 days. Will definitely use her again.

As a former tenant, I cannot say enough kind things about the Parks. They previously personally lived in the home we rented from them and the cleanliness and care for the property reflected that. They are professional but also personable. Due to schedule conflicts we needed to occupy the property a little longer and the Parks were flexible, communicative and accommodating. They became more of a housing advocate for us rather than a typical landlord.

She was supportive of our decision to wait to put our house on the market until after we moved. Since we were then out of state, Laura went above and beyond to check on our house until it sold, which fortunately did not take long!
