I cannot praise Kristi Hinshaw with Exp Realty highly enough!She is an incredibly hard worker, including all hours of the day, if needed!Kristi’s encouragement through the entire process is such a blessing. She sold my current home and completed the transaction to purchase my new home. The latter transaction did not come without several hurdles, in which Kristi continually thought outside the box, lifted me up when I was discouraged, and fought hard to close the deal.Her determination is unmatched. Kristi was amazing throughout the process of the sale of my home in TX while I was residing in California. She was always available, proactive, and responsive. She took care of everything needed from walking me through the process, providing referrals for repairs, checking up on repair work, staging the home, and everything needed for closing. We listed the home and had multiple offers the same weekend we listed. We accepted a full price offer and closed within a month! I highly recommend Kristi. She is trustworthy, kind, and competent. I bought my first home in 2002 and I bought it straight from the builder. I did not use a realtor. The process of buying a home from a seller vs builder and using a realtor is totally different. Kristi was very helpful in explaining and walking me though the entire process. Kristi helped me find the perfect home for my daughter and I. I gave her my list of requirements: specific school, budget, bedrooms, etc. She found the PERFECT home for us. I highly recommend Kristi as a realtor!
