She came highly recommended from a friend who’s used her multiple times for the purchase and sales of their houses. I am at a loss for words in describing our experience with Kristee. This was our tenth home purchase and whereas we have had some really great realtors in the past, Kristee is a whole different level. She advocates for her clients on so many different levels and helped us understand the small details that are different from state to state. She is so intelligent, hardworking, kind, and knowledgeable. Five stars isnt even close to what sheputs into the process- she would need an infinite amount.

Disclaimer: *My post may be a bit verbose*. But Im confident it will convince why having Kristee as your realtor is worth its weight in gold.Lady Serendipity was generous with me when I picked Kristee randomly. I live in a different state and was looking to move to Texas. As a kid, my dad worked with realtors a fair bit. Honestly, they all seemed the same. Cookie cutter, always having to be pushed to get things done. They seemed just along for the ride. Kristee made me a convert; a convert to believing that realty is the science of calculation, married to law, with a minor in patience and insight. Example: When I was ready to make an offer on a house, roughly 70k below its asking value, she sent me a 2 page email within 48 hours detailing calculations based on previous sales, land value, extrapolation of value based on view, lake access, etc. Her postulation was that I was still offering 130K ABOVE value. We abrogated the offer and I ended buying the property, with all costs calculated in, still LESS than my original offer. She values being true to her clients rather than her cut of the pie.In the heat of the inspection period, I was receiving approx 25-35 emails and texts daily for a 2 week period, including weekends, nights. I even got an email from her at 2AM one night while working my night shift! Her insight as to which inspectors can do what, and what to ask them to get done is extremely beneficial. Living out of state means I had to rely on her entirely to do that leg work for me, which really isnt a realtors job. They can advise and help out. But Kristee, ended being the quarterback, the line backer, the receiver and both the offensive and defensive coordinator all in one. I was mostly the water boy, with the occasional kicker. Where she gets the energy and the stamina from to do this for one client, while simultaneously balancing other clients, I dont know. She is a savant of sorts, with bionic tendencies.In all honesty, why anyone would use any one else and take on the heartburn, when Kristee has both the resources and the moxy to do this, would flummox me. She even badgered a surveying company to give me a better price on a survey because a previous client had gotten a better deal! aId end this with a good luck, but youd only need it if you went with someone else. With her, you just need to be ready to execute. She will keep you on time, and make sure all your tasks will line up perfectly.Thanks for being you, Kristee. Im glad I got you to tackle this one with me. :)

Kristee helped my husband and I sell our home last fall. She gave us great advice on how to prep the house so that it would show well. She worked very diligently to make sure we got the best offer for our home. Our home sold and closed within a month for 30k over asking.When we went under contract with a new build we use Kristee as our representative. She has been a wonderful asset through the process. She is always professional, and takes excellent note on all that has been discussed. As our new home has been built she regularly checks with the build on our behalf as well as sending us reminders of deadlines and when we should be getting our construction inspections. My husband and I are very grateful to have Kristee as our realtor.

Buying our first home was such a pleasant experience with Kristee! We were in a rush to purchase a house, so after a friend gave me her number, I sent her a text and the turnaround time was next to nothing. It was a random weekend afternoon where I found a house on Zillow I wanted to tour, and Kristee made accommodations by moving around her schedule with her existing clients to show me the house quickly. She gave me her honest opinion that she didnt think the house was a good purchase/value and was not just trying to push me into buying something.Instead, over the coming weeks she showed me several homes and pointed out considerations that should be factored into an offer for what appeared to be unpermitted house work, single pane windows, and that one house backed up to commercial property. When we finally found the right home and our offer was accepted (based on a letter we wrote to the sellers per her suggestion), she was on the ball to make sure we knew all the components of the contract and did our due diligence by getting an inspector she recommended and contacting contractors for quotes.She negotiated on our behalf during the option period and saved us over $10,000! Kristee was so on top of the ball and communicative with the other Realtor and us that it was a very easy and pleasant experience for my girlfriend and I. Kristee is clearly a hard worker and does her job very well. And months later she followed through on her promise to remind us in early January to apply for the Homestead Exemption. She is knowledgeable about the process and can advise any buyer/seller no matter where they are in their home buying/selling process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor!

When we had to move somewhat abruptly, we found ourselves attempting to sell our house in the slowest time of year. Since we were already in the process of closing on our new house the timing of selling 9804 Rocky Creek Blvd was absolutely critical.Though we had just built the house 2.5 years before, we had made significant additional design/decorating investments and very much needed to get a great price for our house. Through Kristee’s comprehensive marketing and promotion we sold our house in RECORD TIME and at a RECORD HIGH price/sq ft. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and thoughtful strategy lead to an ideal outcome for all parties.We have worked with Kristee on several transactions and wouldn’t work with anybody else.Oct 2018: Kristee and her team are without a doubt the BEST realtors we have ever worked with. We had a different real estate agent when we first started looking for a home and it wasnt the right fit. We had made the mistake of not doing our research. We decided to cut ties and this time looked at reviews, interviewed Realtors, etc and thats when we discovered Kristee. We knew immediately that she would work hard on our behalf and had the skills and team to get the job done. We are so happy we made the change! We had previously been looking for 2 months with the other realtor, but after only one day working with Kristee, we found the perfect home. There were multiple offers, but she coached us to the right offer to win. From there she aided us in a successful negotiation to an even better purchase price/closing cost. Kristee is someone who is very responsive, will coach you and guide you through the process and be your advocate.
