Kim Wilkin is a rare gem among real estate agents. We had the pleasure of working with her in purchasing our new home in Austin, TX in winter of 2023. Kim took the time to listen to our needs, she gave us feedback based on her knowledge of the market on what to look for based on our specific needs and desires in a home. She is honest, a straight shooter, and a huge wealth of knowledge. She has consistently followed up with us and has answers, solutions, and great advice whenever something wasnt clear or if we were unsure about a decision. She was never pushy, always gave us space but was there in the right capacity when we needed her. She was always available to us for calls or on site visits, even with really tight turn around times that we were sometimes under. Kim is without a doubt in the top of the industry, I would trust her with my family and friends with making a huge financial decision such as buying or selling a home.

I was moving back to Austin after many years and not sure about doing it. Kim showed me a lot of houses and helped me narrow it down. She was patient with me trying to figure out what I wanted, as I was all over the place for a while. She is a very good listener and seemed to really tune in to what I would like. I grew to trust her when she told me I would not like something, as she was spot on. She did not try to sell me anything I couldn’t afford. She negotiated a contract on one house which I ended up rejecting because of structural problems and she completely supported me in that decision. I ended up getting a house that was perfect for me. She responded promptly to texts and emails. She is an expert negotiator. She follows up. She knows a lot of other people in the business, which is a plus. She is a professional in every way, yet also a lot of fun to work with. In addition, I was also impressed by her new associate, Andrew Pierce.

Kim is so easy to work with. We started with a long-distance telephone meeting discussing the sale of our Mom’s home after her death. After meeting her in person, we knew she was the realtor for us.
