Quick to help schedule house tours the same day and on the weekends to fit our schedule and willing to drive over an hour every time and also is knowledgeable about the houses history. I had a great time with her for my first time home buying in Allen, Texas area. Open, honest, and most importantly, on your side. The MVP REAL ESTATE team was an absolute pleasure to work with during the entire process from from finding our home they made what can be a highly stressful process into a relatively easy and low stress process. Karen is highly experienced professional who understands the market well and listen and deliver value and solutions at each step I walked into buying a home 10k less then asking price 100k in equity and was able to get 5 extensions which is difficult to get accepted She provides tremendous value add through her thorough market analysis and extensive network and service for sale and complete buyer required repairs.Karen is highly respected seasoned professionals who has great relationships with other agents and are able to seamlessly negotiate solutions to get deals agreed to and closed in an efficient manner. In a recent transaction, total time to close was 60 days during an ordinarily slower selling season spanning Thanksgiving and Christmas. Karen helped complete the Sale she even took time away to drive to the home when I was not able and to make it there to meet with inspectors and appraiser she went above and beyond to do so..
