Joshua was a dream of a realtor! He put so much into finding us a place that fit everything we were looking for, and was always available to go over any questions we had. When we finally found a place, the HOA was proving very problematic to get approved for the loan but Joshua and his team kept working at it (even after wed given up) until they found a solution. I cannot recommend him enough for anyone buying or selling, he is always looking out for your best interests and is a wealth of information, he taught us so much in the homebuying process, we really cant wait to use him again!

I never imagined a realtor working this hard for me during my first home purchase. Joshua was persistent, vigilant, and always thinking a few steps ahead. He was patient with me as a nervous first time buyer who was a little wishy-washy, and always looked out for my best interests. If you want a realtor who will take care of you and whom you can trust, I cant imagine youll find anyone better.

Joshua is an AWESOME realtor!!! He went above and beyond in every aspect and we were able to find the perfect home for us!! He was easy to get in touch with and looked at houses for us when we werent able to go. He is very knowledgeable, super nice, and will work extra hard for u until u find exactly what youre looking for. I will most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
