I have no exact words to say how happy I am for our new home! Johnny Rodriguez is one of the best realtors and human beings i have ever worked with and met. He went beyond and above since the very start of me looking for a home. I was unsure that I would be able to get a home because I made many mistakes growing up and my credit was one thing I took for granted. Since the start, Johnny gave me advice on what to do and who to speak with to try to fix what I needed to get a home. I followed what Johnny said and reached out to everyone he recommended. It took me several months to repair my credit but Johnny reached out every few weeks to see how I was and to see if I had any questions. Everytime we spoke, he answered everything I threw at him and he explained it in a manner that I understood clearly. He took me to every house I had questions about or wanted to see. He responded back to me no matter what tike it was and always found a way to give me the confidence I needed when I felt I had no way to get a home. Johnny still reaches out now even after I have moved into my new home and still asks how I am and how my family is doing. He is the most genuine and caring person I have met and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home or burly starting the process to see what one would need. We found Johnny to be professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and patient. This transaction was not a big payday for him but that didnt affect his professionalism or service. He did everything he said he would in a timely manner.My mom inherited some properties in El Paso, Texas. Living in California, we knew absolutely no one in El Paso. After attempting multiple google vetted real estate agents, Johnny was the only one to follow up. Not being the trusting type, we checked on Johnny, his supervisor, and firm through the Texas Real Estate Commission. We also checked on the title company he referred us to through the Texas Land Title Association. All four came back clear with years of serving people. I say he was patient because we asked a lot of questions on the paperwork; as I said, we are cautious and he was very gracious, answering each question to our satisfaction. He helped us get a fair price and found buyers for us much more quickly than we expected. The transactions went smoothly, and we appreciate all he did for us!

Johnny prepared an extensive Market Analysis and suggested a Listing Price which my friend felt was very fair. A full price offer was received after a few weeks. During the listing period Johnny was very responsive and frequently in contact. The sale closed yesterday. Our experience as first buyers was very pleasant thanks to Johnny. For work reasons we had to relocate to Paso, and the company I work for highly recommends working with Clear view. As a first-time buyer and coming from another state, it is difficult to trust someone you dont yet know, hoping that the expectations you have in mind align with the attention that your realtor can provide you, and he does, from day one Clear View made sure that all this happened quickly and explained each of the processes that would have to happen for the purchase to take place. My recommendation is to approach those who know since many times for work or something else there are details that one does not see or do not know but Johnny made sure that everything flowed, providing different solutions to the many challenges that the process entails.
